he hands-on owners David and Ling Jiang hailing from China, are a lovely dedicated couple that have created Yo Eastern Fusion, bringing their tastes from home to South Africa. This unique Asian restaurant also offers fabulous steaks and fresh seafood.The restaurant is very large and spacious, with an enclosed terrace, sushi counter, separate bar area and smoking section. The separate and spacious bar area can accommodate up to 50 patrons, with the smoking section being equally as large. The colour scheme is grey and maroon, with wooden tables and chairs and lots of windows for that extra natural light. The food at Yo Eastern Fusion is authentic with spices, sauces and noodles sourced from China. The fusion flavours that this eatery utilises are from China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
