Sr Lea Sub Acute Services is a small, friendly clinic that focuses on patients who need a sub acute or step down facility after being discharge from hospital, but still need care before being able to go home.<br/>We have been open since 1 May 2006 and are situated in Florida Park Roodepoort, on the West Rand. We are near Flora Clinic and just a short distance from other hospitals in the surrounding area. Please take note we only use trained staff and nurses to oversee and perform all different types of nursing procedures offered by our facility. The clinics fees are set according to Medical Aid rates. <br/>We offer care in all disciplines: Medical, Tracheotomy, PEG Feeds, Surgical, Orthopedic, Neurology, Palliative care.
