Our Commitment is to defend the rights of children – as well as safe-guarding, adhering and dedicating ourselves to work unselfishly for the right of teachers to teach ,and ensuring that the classroom experience is pleasurable to both learners and teachers.

Our Goals are to improve South Africa’s education through quality teaching and learning; and to work for the improvement of the conditions of service for teachers, in general, and attend to the needs and problems of members, in particular.
