MED-STEP CLINIC is an affordable 21 bed clinic facility which opened in September 1997 to serve as a half-way house between hospital and home, to take the financial burden off medical aids, patients & their families. We enjoy getting to know all of our medical students and take great pride in fostering a caring and open environment where all feel comfortable and at home. From your first day of medical school, our family is dedicated to helping you successfully complete your journey to becoming an outstanding physician.Each year, the Office of Student Life participates in orientation for new students and the combined White Coat and Faculty Teaching Awards ceremony and plans the residency Match Day celebration, graduation convocation, and Student Clinician's Ceremony. We also serve as a liaison to Student Council and numerous student interest groups as well as the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
