PGSI today is an acronym for Pelma Greater Structured Initiative. Pelma being the reference to the former white owned group of companies and Greater Structured Initiative being reference to the past and present black shareholders and board members.The transformation of the former Pelma Group commenced during 1996 and grew to maturity with the establishment in 2005 of a new Black Equity Owned company named PGSI Group (Pty) Ltd.During 2013 Mrs Sibongile Nyembe (Bongi) became the new shareholder/Director in PGSI Group (Pty) Ltd. Bongi holds a Bachelor Degree in Theology (Impact Bible College USA), Diploma in Contact Centre and Operations Management (Damelin) and Diploma in Secretarial Services (Damelin). She has an impeccable record as a former employee of the Unilever Group SA.
