The farm Mooikelder Estate in the Northern Paarl area was bought by the Le Roux Family in 1913 and passed down the generations ever since.The farm was established in the early 1800 and changed ownership only a few times.The Wine Cellar and Manor House that was constructed in 1835, still exists today.Jan le Roux took ownership of Mooikelder Estate in 1989 after a successful career in retail.The neighbouring farm,Joubertsdal, formerly part of the original Mooikelder Estate was acquired by the Le Roux Group in the early 1990s and these two properties are farmed as one business unit since then the main product being export table grapes.We are passionate about our business, and we are constantly striving for better ways of servicing our customer's needs.
