Our founder, Ben van der Merwe originally started this business in 1994 as a small consultancy business. Employers were mainly assisted with Human Resource functions such as staff recruitment and career development. During the course of 1996 the Labour Relations Act was promulgated, creating the need for legal expertise in the Human Resource field and creating the field of Industrial Relations. The need for expert assistance became apparent and the labour relations department was formed.
