Andrew Kilpin (30 years of experience) heads up Kilpin Steel, assisted by Office Manager Denise Martin and Sieraaj Isaacs manages the workshop. We operate in commercial, industrial and domestic markets. We have been involved in many significant office and commercial developments in the Western Cape over the past decade or so (see Gallery). Noteworthy contracts have been the Breakwater Apartments, the Silo and Watershed Development in the Waterfront and the Portside Building on the Foreshore (the tallest building in Cape Town).
