CBC Fasteners was established in 1988 at premises situated in Factoria Krugersdorp. Since its inception, the company has achieved growth in the South African domestic and in export markets. In April 2000 the company merged its' operations with National Bolts, to become the largest manufacturer of fasteners in South Africa, continuing to be based out of the Krugersdorp operation. This involved the transfer of a number of bolt makers and the nut production plant to CBC Krugersdorp, and resulted in production capacity being increased from 600 tons per month to 1300 tons per month.The company has a wide ranging policy and a rigorous set of procedures to ensure that the skills and talents of all staff are in support of the vision and business objectives of the company.
