Bartlett and Dunster Fabrics is a proud South African company founded in 1930. In 1956 Jack Puterman bought the company and now together with his sons has developed Bartlett and Dunster Fabrics into one of South Africa's leading distributors of furnishing textiles and trimmings.Jacks training as an upholsterer has given him a first hand understanding of fabrics, texture, colour and design, which allows Bartlett and Dunster to be on the cutting edge of the fabric world. Our fabrics are purchased both locally and internationally. All our fabrics are of the highest quality and have passed stringent quality testing guidelines set out by our industry. As a proud South African company many of our product ranges are manufactured entirely on our shores.
