The owners, Paul and his wife Helen, took the helm at The Red Herring Restaurant and Skebangas Sunset Bar on 1st December 2009. The Red Herring is situated on Beach road in Noordhoek, Cape Town. It shares The Red Herring Trading Post with a coffee shop, some craft and curio shops and a few small businesses.The downstairs restaurant and garden pergola seat 40 and 64 people respectively. The restaurant is a cozy country style with a large fireplace for those cold rainy winter nights. The restaurant is complemented by its own cocktail bar and is therefore ideal for private functions. The pergola area is sheltered from the wind and is ideal for afternoon gatherings of friends and family.
