Disa Primary is a co-educational, government school with a rich heritage dating back to 1901. Today Disa has over 350 students, with an average class size of 28. Disa prides itself on providing a safe, happy and motivating environment which allows children to achieve their academic, sporting and creative potential and build friendships for life.Disa is subject to the South African Schools Act. A Board of Governors, consisting of parent representatives as well as teaching and non-teaching staff, governs the school. Principal Nathan Levendal is responsible for the day-to-day management of the school in consultation with the leadership team.Disa is well respected as a feeder school to many of Cape Towns top high schools.
