Paul Joubert started Southern Cross Seafood Deli in 2007 as a retail deli. The demand for fresh fish by restaurants and hotels in Cape Town and surrounding areas became so great that we shifted our focus to supplying them with our products. We have moved premises to a factory in Muizenberg to cope with the volumes where all are welcome to visit and purchase fish direct from the boats. We take great care in saucing our fish and finding out how it was caught and looked after at sea assuring that we bring the best quality fish available to market. We work closely with WWF and SASSI to ensure that we bring you a range of Green Listed fish caught in environmentally friendly methods.
