The vision: to create a holistic shopping experience for a community by the community. From the outset of this venture, the Owner-Developers believed in the centres potential to grow and succeed and with this in mind, the plans always were to expand the centre, thereby seeing their vision to fruition. Over the past few years, Trade Route Mall has shown consistent growth, a good indicator that the Phase Two expansion was timed perfectly. Trade Route Mall is the only regional shopping centre in the area and caters to a population of approximately one million. With Phase Two having launched in December 2009, the Mall now offers a Gross Lettable Area (GLA) of 72,000m². The architectural vision behind the opulence of this establishment is evident in a number of design elements including the sky high roof tops which allow for natural light
