Francois Medalie & Co is a registered South African company that was founded in 1976 by Mr. John van Lingen. In 1985 he was joined by his stepson, Daryl Francois, the present Proprietor of the firm and in 1988 Johns wife, Moira Medali, joined the business and was a partner in the firm until the year of 2010. She still consults to Francois Medalie & Co. Since its humble beginnings, the company has grown from strength to strength and is still going strong today. Francois Medalie & Co offers professional legal advice in several fields including High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation, conveyancing, administration of estates, commercial law, criminal law, road accident fund claims, trusts & wills, personal injury claims and notarial contracts to name but a few.
