Hospice & Child & Youth Care Centre We are a faith-based (FBO), non-profit organisation (NPO). We provide comprehensive medical care, social work services, relief and pastoral care to under-privileged people. We run a residential facility for cancer patients, people infected by HIV and patients who have non-curative diseases. We provide home-based care services for terminally ill people. We bathe them, change their wound dressings, offer bed sore treatment and ensure they adhere to their treatment regimens. We also run a child and youth care centre for children aged between 18 months and 18 years. The children attend day-care which is open between 08:00 and 13:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Children have access to food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education, emotional and spiritual counselling. In addition a social worker is available to help people apply for social grants, identity documents and birth certificates. Three times a year we distribute food parcels to TB and HIV patients as well as orphans
