The Bethlehem Kumon Study Centre was established in August 2004. After initially offering maths only, the English programme was added in March 2005. The centre is run from a house which is situated in the main street of Bethlehem, and it is easily accessible and close to two of Bethlehems biggest schools. The old house has a cosy atmosphere and a big garden which provides a quiet and relaxed environment, conducive to studying and concentrating well. The centre is in a room at the back of the premises, away from the bustle of other activities in the house, where a few other businesses run. There is ample parking available, and a lovely patio looking out on the garden provides a comfortable place for parents to sit and wait for their children. Tables and chairs are available so work can be done while waiting, and there is free Wi-Fi for parents who might need it.
