It is situated alongside the main farmhouse Kenmure House a turn-of-the-century sandstone building which is one of the oldest homesteads in the district The farm is in the New England area and is only 14Km off of the tar road running between Lady Grey and Barkly East Kenmure Cottage provides the perfect setting for walking, horseback riding and trout fishing. The beautiful garden surrounding the cottage provides ample privacy while the clay tennis court and swimming pool are easily accessible. The garden has a variety of English trees, 100 year old Holm Oak and Cork Oak; Accacia freezia, Golden Elm and Magnolia and attracts wonderful bird life
