He has been running the company since the beginning of 2011 and has now expanded the company into Johannesburg and Durban <br/>. John Ware and his brother Arber Ware formed Belting Ware in 1981. The company was initially based in Cape Town. In 1992 Belting Ware merged with the then Maritime Marketing Belting Division to form a new company called Mariware Belting cc. At this stage the newly formed company was possibly amongst the top three Belting companies in South Africa with branches in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. In 1995 Mariware was sold to the Hudaco organization. In 1996 John Ware relocated back to Cape Town and formed the current trading company Belting Edge. Belting Edge ModuWare Manufacturing is owned and managed by Huston Ware, John Wares son.
