BDR Sheet Metal has been trading as a Sheet Metal fabrication entity since 1981Our scope of work includes stainless steel mild steel aluminium and brass fabrication Being a Sheet Metal Fabrication concern of long standing we have done work for most of the leading companies in Gauteng over the past 28 years such as Anglo Mining DeBeers Hytec KSB Pumps Lennings Rail Multotec National Brands Plasser Rail SA Rice Mills Stefanutti Stocks Sulzer Pumps to mention but a few The business which is family owned and managed was originally started by the late Peter Griesel who in 1994 became a quadriplegic as a result of being shot in a hijacking at our factory premises After many initial setbacks he was able to continue managing the business for 15 years with the help of his wife and eldest son both of whom have 20 years experience in the business and are still actively involved in its daily affairs and management In 1990 a new division was created for the manufacture and import of water dispensers under the name of BDR
