For these applications air is filtered by removal of the kitchen fume and odours during the extraction process. The efficiency is of such that air can be discharged on low level without creating a nuisance. The low level exhaust unit is beneficial due to the elimination of long ducting runs in cases of high rise buildings. The extraction Canopy is fitted with an efficient Curl Cartridge Configuration type grease filter. Oil separation and filtration takes place by means of condensation.
