CHARLIE BUILDING  Construction was founded in South Africa by Dax hunt in 1999. Dax started his building experience on a farm where he was involved with commercial structures, low cost housing and infrastructure services. He then went to the UK where he started working for a Housing Contractor in Jersey. Starting at the bottom, he worked his way up to General Manager for the company. With all the experience gained, he came back to South Africa to start his own business and has since built over 250 houses in the cape Peninsula. Other core team members include Danie Grobbelaar (who also has over 10 years experience of working on commercial properties in the UK), Chantal Hendriks & Irene hunt (who has been with Dax from day one) and our dedicated trades foremen. The majority of our workforce are directly employed and form part of the BIBC.
